Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, changes in requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

All project fees, payment schedules, deposits, and applicable charges will be communicated and agreed upon before or during the commencement of a project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional work or significant changes to an approved project scope may result in additional charges and may require an adjustment to the delivery timeline.

We aim to deliver reliable and functional digital solutions based on the agreed project requirements; however, we do not guarantee that every software product or digital service will operate without interruption, errors, or downtime in every environment. Where appropriate, we may provide maintenance, updates, technical support, and corrective services under a separate agreement or support arrangement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of original content, business information, and materials supplied by them, while Universal Camelot Solutions Limited retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, reusable components, and intellectual property developed independently of a specific client project. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Clients must not use our website, services, software, or digital platforms for unlawful activities, fraudulent purposes, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any activity that could damage our systems, reputation, or other users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Camelot Solutions Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website, services, software, or third-party platforms. Our responsibility for any claim relating to a specific project will be subject to the terms agreed with the client and applicable law.
